120k Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms carefully before using any 120k services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 120k platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 120k as the platform operator. All users who register an account are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated herein. 120k reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and users will be notified via the platform of any material changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one registered account on the 120k platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and associated funds frozen pending satisfactory identity verification. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 120k will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 120k platform agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using third-party software, automated bots, or any unauthorised means to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of 120k's systems and infrastructure.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bonuses beyond permitted limits.
- Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to others.
120k reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these terms, including reporting fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All deposits and withdrawals on the 120k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options listed on the platform.
Deposit
Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by your financial institution. 120k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems, banking disruptions, or errors beyond the platform's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and can be reviewed in your account settings.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed upon completion of identity verification. 120k reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-fraud policies. Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to the user's financial institution's policies.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability

The 120k platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. 120k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. 6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
120k reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Funds remaining in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited upon completion of an investigation. Account closure requested by the user will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to there being no outstanding transactions or unresolved bets.
Changes to These Terms
120k reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the 120k platform operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
